Parents and adult students, in order to apply online, please download, fill out the Registration form and email it back to us at cam746@yahoo.com. Shortly after you have sent us your online application, you will be contacted by CAM staff to complete the application process.

By filling out this application, you understand that a copy of CAM’s Parent/Student Handbook is available for you to review at CAM and CAM’s website. It is your responsibility to know CAM’s regulations/guidelines as presented in the handbook.
